By booking an appointment with Bay Spa, you agree to our terms and conditions. These include our cancellation policy, which requires 24 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations to your appointment. Please be on time for your appointment, as we cannot extend scheduled appointment times beyond their scheduled end time.
Terms & Conditions - the basics
At Bay Spa, our top priority is the safety and comfort of our clients. Please be aware that our massage therapists are trained professionals and are here to provide our clients with therapeutic and relaxing massages. Any inappropriate behavior or advances will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund given. Please also note that we require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling, otherwise a fee of 50% of the service price will be charged.
What to include in the T&C document
All appointments at Bay Spa require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a cancellation fee. If you arrive late to your scheduled appointment, your appointment time will be reduced accordingly to ensure that our schedule remains on time for other clients. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior or conduct, including but not limited to, intoxication or verbal abuse towards our staff members. By scheduling an appointment at Bay Spa, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
